Join us for a Mabon celebration on Fri, September 22 at 8:00pm Eastern / 5:00pm Pacific.
Thanksgiving Feast of 13 Bites: Mabon, the second harvest, is a time to give thanks for the food grown over the course of the summer and for the blessings in our lives. In this ceremony we will share a simple 'feast' of 13 bites of food with the Elements, Ancestors, Descendants, and the Divines. As we eat, we will make food offerings and speak about the blessings we have received.
To participate in this ceremony, please bring a plate of bite sized finger foods and a second offering plate or dish. Suggested foods would be apple slices, grapes, crackers, cheeses, or nuts. However, the plate should contain foods you like to eat; if you really want to share a plate of potato chips and popcorn with the Spirits, then by all means, do so. You need at least 26 individual bites - 13 for the different Spirits, and 13 for you.
Bon Appetit!
This service is open to the public and we invite all to attend!
